I am a big fan of infused water. It is an acquired taste I guess, much like drinking tea without sugar or getting used to greek yoghurt. I find that in addition to that sense of well-being that comes with drinking fruit infused water, it also tastes great and gives a little incentive to drinking water because it is no longer plain or usual in taste.
The benefits of infused water are countless; outside it being extremely good to look at, it also supplies vitamins, and will gradually improve your skin’s appearance. Some women (me included) are guilty of dismissing a regimen or product almost immediately they start using it because they just do not have the patience to wait for it to begin working. Well, patience my dears, patience.
Infused water will also improve digestion and boost metabolism. Infused water offers a better alternative to coffee, alcohol and some fizzy drinks that may dehydrate or shoot your sugar levels high. No pain no gain. Treat your body with love.
So! Just about any fruit can be used; and it actually depends on what fruit you want to have the pleasure of tasting at the time; I have tried kiwi, orange, strawberries and sometimes lemon. Cucumbers are my favorite and easy to find.
